Some of Libby's bottles have acquired a greenish tinge. Still easy to see through, just noticably not the nice clear colour. They've only been used for 6 weeks and have been sterilised very regularly (only had four of them in the early days).

What is it, and how do I fix it?

Is she on formula? If so I'd guess it was something in the formula maybe staining it.
Not really sure sorry but I didn't want to read and run.

They're Tommee Tippee closer to nature ones. She is on formula, but the staining is all over them consistently. I thought maybe a limescale buildup?

I have had a few problems with my closer to nature bottles too, I would email them and ask them as they have had a few different issues! Mine turned brown after boiling them in a pot - they said there must have been some slight residue in the pot that tainted them!! They sent me replacements. Then some months later, I put them in the dishwasher (dumb!!!) on the top rack as it said you could - and wouldnt you know it they turned a gross colour again, turns out there must have been a bit of tomato sauce on the plates that did it!!
