To whoever it was who recommended the Alison Holst crock pot recipe book!
I got it last week and today I'm trying my third recipe. (Roast pork with apple gravy) It is so exciting having dinner all organised by lunchtime, and I'm loving adding the new meals to my repertoire!

I forgot, my Mum gave me a crockpot (2nd hand) and its sitting in the spare room with manuals and stuff.

I think I should go out and buy this Alison Holst Crockpot book. Sounds cool.
