I know what you mean! It seems to be taking forever to get anywhere!!! At least I was lucky and got a six week scan.

From my working - If you are working from the 9th jan as conception, then that would make you 4 weeks pregnant, due 2nd october. (40 weeks from last period or 38 from conception)

I've learnt very quickly to ignore when the books say I should be getting nauseous....I had to call work this morning to say I'd be late 'cos I couldn't sit up without wanting to chuck!

have you tried having toast and tea BEFORE you get out of bed? - and waiting about half an hour so that it has time to work? sometimes that helps. (although i hate tea, so i found that half-flat sprite was nicer to have a few swiggs of first thing before getting out of bed - cos it was quick sugar into my system!)

i got a faint positive.... i think it was the day or the day before my period was due, i tested at night (not first morning pee which is the best) i used the clear blue test where a positive or neg sign comes up, and it was an ever so slight positive sign, thought i wasnt preg, because it wasnt too clear, i waited 2 days and tested early morning and it very quickly came up a strong positive!
