Andrew was just under 3 when I stopped using it.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

By the time I got preg with the gremlins Maya was only using the buggy very occasionally, she was nearly 3. I got a kiddy board for the buggy after I had the gremlins but we didn't use it much as she was too heavy for me to push.

Gremlins can cope on short trips without the buggy now, I use it more coz it's easier to contain them in it rather than coz they can't walk far enough.

Michaela has refused to sit in a buggy since about 20 mo.  I wonder if that's partly because of the size of the pram and whether something like a phil & ted or mountain buggy would be better but I'm not willing to spend the money to find out.  She's pretty good at walking places so we don't bother with the pram.

Same here - Erin can walk just fine for short trips, but it's more about containment for us than anything else

We stopped using our one just before our boy was 2. He out right refused to get in it
We have started running and if he wants to come he has to sit in it.
Otherwise we just don't bother with it any more.

I try not to go anywhere without my mountain buggy as Alize will just create havoc. He hates to sit in the pram unless it is moving but if all else fails I give him a pkt of snackatas (bribery to stay in the pram)  and he will be PERFECT...... until they run out lol
