I just came back from my scan...and to my dissapointment, I am only 5 weeks (when I thought I was 7)...so no baby yet and no heart beat!!! And he told me I have a cyst??? but its common and will go away when I am further in my pregnancy!!??
Has any one ever heard of this??

Aww that's disappointing that you have to wait some more, at least you get another scan soon though!
I had a cyst with both my pregnancies, they are quite common and didn't cause any problems for me or the babies.

I had a cyst too, this time round. Very common, apparently, and they deflate and disappear on their own.
 Congratulations on the pregnancy, Roksana!

Yup, I had cysts with the last 3, they're called corpeous luteal cysts and they apparently help support the pregnancy until the placenta takes over. Or so I was told.
Bugger about being put back two weeks! |

I haven't had a cyst but have heard they are very common. I had a scan when I thought I was 7 weeks and there was no sac, heartbeat or anything so was told I must have been only about 5 weeks. But I knew my dates. I went for another scan about 2 weeks later and there was bub on the screen and I later found out I was as far along as I thought.
