 I'd say stuff the shoes with newspaper in the correct shape white they dry. Something my mum told me as her dad was a cobbler.
 As for the shirt there is a product called Runaway you can buy at the supermarket which might work.

   You could always try Runaway, Mum swears by it (she makes a habit of dyeing Dad's shirts   ) but for what it's worth, the shoes will live! I put one of Sienna's bobux thru the wash the other day and then put it in the heater cupboard and it's none the worse for wear.

   The shoes have been onthe airer all day and they look like they will survive, I guess they get a daily dose of baby slobber every day so a good wash shouldn't hurt
