I was hoping to get some inspiration but looks like we all have the exact same stuff for dinners

We do all of the above and stock up on meats on sale and then buy heaps of those Maggi sauce things and add veg to that, keeps life a bit interesting.

DH would live on roasts if I'd let him, but he's never home early enough to cook so I always pick dinner

This week we have had:

Monday: Sausages with Mashed Potato and carrots, Silverbeet and Corn

Tuesday: Chicken Enchiladas with Garlic Bread and Salad

Wednesday: Meatloaf with Mashed Potato and Broccoli

Thursday: Lasagne with coleslaw and garlic bread

Friday: Takeaway night, so probably Fish and chips or chinese

Saturday: Mince and pasta (probably sprials) mixed with carrots and tomatos and a can of pasta sauce

Sunday: Roast Chicken with roasted Potatoes, Kumera, Carrots and corn or peas.

We also would have steak, eggs and chips every now and then, BBQ meat and salad, Ham Steaks and Veges, Meatballs and Spaghetti, Sweet and Sour Meatball on rice, Stirfrys, chicken and corn cassorole, Spag Bol.

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Hmm, lets see - Monday we had Bangers and Mash with peas, Tues - steak with potato salad and a green salad, last night was chicken cacciatore with baked polenta and salad, tonight will be beef stirfry with cashews and rice. Our oven is unusable at the moment (door exploded) so can't roast or anything which sucks, but when we have a working oven I do a roast once a week, home-made fish and chips occasionally, lamb shanks.... right, gotta go get that oven fixed!!
