The 'where in the world' thread in this section has a list of people in Tauranga and there's a few 'newer' mummies in the Nov 09 board there too.

If you crosspost to the 'Mum's meet up' section you might find people that way too.

As Bobbie said, there are 3 of us in the November 09 thread that are in Tauranga. There's a Tauranga thread in Mums Meet Up too.

We are in Welcome Bay, we live next to a reserve thats nice for walking in and heaps of people run their dogs in there as well.

I love living in Papamoa. It's nice here too. Walks along the beach. It's only a short drive to the Mount too (Lovely walk around the Mountain), And again a short drive into Tauranga.

I live in Matua at the moment. Love it there as we are nice and close to Ferguson Park and can walk along the waterfront (harbour).

Hey Anthea, I'm in Tauranga too!

I think all of Tauranga is close to the beach :P. In regards to travel time around Tauranga... it takes me half an hour to get from home in Otumoetai to work in Greerton in rush hour traffic. Don't know how that compares to Auckland?
