me and my mum have been talking about it for a long time everytime the adds came on our hearts were brecking for these poo childern soo today as we were leaving the werehouse we signed up to sponsor a little girl in zambia we are going havles which means $20 a month we have her photo and shes not smileing which breacks my heart hopefully our money will make a differnce in this wee girls life and that of her family.... we chose a girl because girls have it hard in 3rd world contiries........ in no way i,m i skiting i just want to spread the good word and tell people how happy i feel just doing this

Its a great thing to do. I always wanted to sponsor a child when I was a teenager, but Mum wouldnt let me til I had a steady income. As soon as I got my first "real" job I started sponsoring a boy in Honduras. Has been 7 years now and still am

It's really worth it! I've been sponsoring Rekha in India for around 5 years or so and then we added Evert in nicurgua (sp?????!!!!) and have been sponsoring him for around 2-3 years.

It is so rewarding and worthwhile.

That's awesome! We have a girl in Kenya, we have been sponsoring her for over a year now.. I'm embarrassed to admit that we've only written to her once Something to add to my "to do" list!
