I have heard people tend to be more sick with girls.
But I had nausea (no throwing up) with both of mine (boy and girl) from as soon as I conceived til about 10wks. I went off more food with DS, but basically pretty similar.

I Had it bad with both, but with my boy it stopped around 20 weeks, for my daughter I was sikck for thw whole 42 weeks My obstetrician said she thought i was having a girl as the extra oestrogen makes some women sicker - and I already have topo mayg hormones with PCOS so yeah *blerk*

My MS was much worse with my daughter. It started at 4 weeks and lasted till around 13 weeks. I only threw up once (with both pregnancies) but i had the worst nausea 24/7. With my son i think it started quite a bit later and i don't remember it being as bad. Funny thing is though i totally lost my appetite with him and lost 3kg in the first trimester whereas with my daughter i was STARVING all the time and didn't take me long to gain weight. Hehe.

With DD I had nausea from about 6-12wks and that was it, only vomited while in labour with her. With DS the nausea was the same, and then I vomited twice around 20wks (and again an hour after he was born lol).

I had hyperemisis with both my girls (hospitalised aswell) and just had mild case with my son tho was still very poorly. When pregnant with my angel twins I suffered the least! And now that I am pregnant again it's heading in the direction of what I had with my girls.

My pregnancies went girl, boy then girl again. Morning sickness was almost identical with all three (constant and awful) and lasted til about 18 weeks.
