   Hi Lovely Ladies,
 I have a dilema.
We received a wedding invitation last night to attend next month (I will be 31 weeks) and the first thing I thought of (ofcourse!) was... 'What am I going to wear!?' Now, I seriously need your help to find somewhere that sells lovely dressy maternity clothing fit for weddings.
I have recommended Mobea myself before, but I can't really find a 'Wedding Top' in their line?
I don't want to be spending more than $100 or anything crazy like that, so EGG Maternity is out of my league...
All suggestions welcome! PLEASE HELP! |

Also Ezibuy - they dont have "maternity" wear but they have nice clothes and also the "sara-lee" range which is for plus size women. That range is good that they are styley and most of them compliment the bust and cover the stomach.
Best thing to do is think outside the square... When I went to a wedding when I was 5 months pregnant I went to Just Jeans (last minute shopping!) and got an awesome skirt and top for $60 all up I think.

I had the same dilemma when I was 7 months pregnant but it was for my own 21st, when everyone expects you to dress up. I found a very lovely skirt at the warehouse that had an elastic waistband, and a top from my mum, not sure where she got it from, it was a size 20. What I am getting at is that it doesn't have to be from a maternity shop to look good, some tops will flatter you if you get them a couple of sizes or the next size up from what you normally wear. In my case I went from a size 12 to 20, only because I was as big as a house.

   Thanks Ladies...
Yea I was wanting to go for a nice clothes store that might sell big enough sizes for pregnant woman.

Hmmm... its just such a pain!
I have a lovely maternity wrap/poncho top from Mobea on order which I will wear over whatever I buy though.

I'm hoping for something really stunning you know?
I want to compliment my bump, bust & figure!! hehe

I *was* going to suggest Mummy's Tummy on Ponsonby Road if you REALLY wanted to go posh, but then I read the bit about your budget LOL I got my wedding dress from there, *love* it to bits. Otherwise, I can only repeat what all the other ladies have suggested already - good luck and let us know how you get on.

Thanks girls. Well I requested EGG Maternity to send me a catalogue which they said will arrive tomorrow as they have some nice clothing.
I will check out Mummy's Tummy in Ponsonby Jax. Worth a look right?

I mean, don't get me wrong... if I saw something I ADORED, I'd just buy it! haha I'm not on a budget or anything I just didn't really want to spend too much?

 Oh the pain...
