I need some new ideas to cook with mince please. I have in the freezer beef, pork and chicken mince. |

   chicken mince makes GREAT lasagne.
you can mix it with herbs, etc and RAW couscous. roll and make "sausages"

pork mince - get some gyoza wrappers and make gyoza (japanese style chinese dumplings) - add spring onion, sesame oil, grated carrot, garlic, ginger and soy sauce. wrap up. put in pan - hot one. then add some water and put the lid on. after 3 minutes, take lid off and let water boil off. bottom should be crunchy, top is steamed...mmmm

 spring rolls!

 nachos
 curry
 wraps
 mince patties

meatloaf - I have a fab recipe from taste mag

burgers, you don't need egg or breadcrumbs with pork mince,
nachos,
spag bol its yum made with chicken mince
 burritos
 chilli con carne
fry some up and put it on pizza bases
meat balls - just as nice with chicken and pork
vary your seasonings/spices depending on which meat you use

If you're feeling lazy, there are a couple of yummy mince recipes in the Maggi sachet range.
We've enjoyed the mediterranian meatballs and the bolognaise pasta bake.
I love lasagne with chicken mince too, yum!
