I thought Briahna was getting a tooth and maybe she is, but first there was a bump that looked kind of like a blister, but it wasnt that big. Now its like a big bit of gum sticking out. IYKWIM? Its still like a blistery type thing though

Sounds exactly like teeth to me. Alani has 8 now and when the last three came through at the same time I watched it and it looked just like you described it.

If it is annoying here just put some bonjela on it, that will help if it is an ulcer. |

My friend's son just had this - a big ulcer where his tooth was trying to come through. The good news is it's OK and the tooth eventually pops through (resolving the ulcer) but the not so good news is that her boy woke up screaming with blood coming out of his mouth when it happened (the blood was from the ulcer bursting). So just in case Bree bleeds at all, don't freak out (she mightn't at all though). It's all OK and it's the end of the yukky ulcer too.

Ella had that with a couple of teeth too.
It was when the teeth pushed up and then went back down again that the blister would form.
Like the others, they went away as soon as the tooth popped through.
