Is it the day you get a proper bleed? Or like when you only have a little bit but you still need a liner or pad but its not red red? Thanks!

I always counted CD1 as first day with red flow, but this cycle started clomid and the specialist said
CD1 is the first day you wake up with AF....so if your red flow starts in the afternoon/evening then CD1 is the next day.

I always considered it the day af arrived, for me it was always late afternoon (could predict day and hour) but my scan always had my LMP as the day after af arrived so what tarns said! |

Thanks CrazyCass for bumping.  Hmm, maybe I should count from the day it turned red, which was days later.  Gosh you'd think I'd know my cycle for now, I've had my periods since I was 11yo!!   |
