Well i just went to the doctor and he is 99% sure that its gallstones that i am suffering from, not that anything can be done until bubs is born. (doctor pressed on my gallbladder and then waited for me to come down off the ceiling.)
but i am having an ultrasound next friday morning to confirm it, and as an added bouns i get to see bubs. |

mm...I used to have gallstones. They are very painful when they get stuck, no position is comfortable and I just wanted to cry. Luckily I've managed to get rid of them all and no new ones formed, so I didn't end up having to have my gallbladder out or anything.
I can't imagine how yucky it must be for you to have them while pregnant Poor you!
I hope that you don't have too many "attacks" in the mean time. After you've had your baby you'll be able to use tablets to reduce the pain when it occurs.
Hope the ultrasound goes well and that you can sneak a look at your bubs.... |

I know how you are feeling, I was in hospital on Monday night with what they suspect is gallstones. My sister and sister in law both had gallstones last year when they were pregnant and I remember thinking it cant be that bad, I have apologised profusely to both now I know what it feels like. Good luck with your scan
