It was 19 March 2007 at 35 weeks preggers, i at 6.50am preparing my 2 yr son munchies for daycare when i felt a trickle, looked down and blood was running down my legs to a puddle on the floor.......
Too cut a long story short......Within 1.5 hrs i have having an emergency c section and a 2nd son Kaleb was born. He was not breathing when born and had to be revived. He was a very sick boy so arrangements were made for the Rescue Helicopter to come from Wellington to us in Hastings and take us to Wellington Neo Natal unit. He had 25 hours of precious life. I had placenta abruption with no answers as to why it happened. This of course reduced the oxgyen life line to Kaleb and then over the hours his internal organs failed resulting in his death.
Its now been 11 weeks and i think of him every day....

Awwwww that wasn't long ago at all. I have had a placental rupture before and it is a very scary experience. Big hugs to you and your family.
