We are thinking of taking the girls to see this as Paris has been on and on at us for as long as she has been able to realise what those tents were, and each time we have always said "not this time, maybe next time" and each time we go past when the circus is in town we always let her down....
Anyways, am thinking this look like something she would enjoy with the acrobats etc..

Has anyone been to this one and how was it?
Did you take the kids, and how did they enjoy it if so?

I haven't seen this one but I have been told it is great. Andrew has been bugging me to take him too, but I can get away with not going to this one as we are going to Waiouru. I gave him the choice Daddy or the Circus - Daddy won |

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

Yep we went and took my nephews, it was really good - BUT it was quite scary!
They have a story theme to it and the PA system was so bad you couldnt understand it at all and then there would be loud music and then a scary person would come out (obviously the bad guy) so there was a lot of scary type costumes.

A lot of crying younger kids, but the older ones loved it. My 2.5 year old nephew clung on for dear life and my 6 year old LOVED it!

I personally thought it was amazing, some of those people are so talented! The motorbike death of dome or whatever its called is really amazing.

Ps/ we went to the nighttime show - so maybe the daytime one is different and not so scary?

Hope thats been of some help!

We took our 8yo, 4yo & then 10wo to a day show a couple of weeks ago. It was good but very loud & a wee bit scary for the 4yo. My 8yo was fascinated by the acrobatics. The 10wo slept thru the whole thing lol.
Personally their show (splash) before the La Jester was heaps better but thats from an adult pov :P
