I used it for a while but then found that nausmed worked better. I found that it didn't stop the throwing up but I beleive it helped with the nausea, I still felt it but I don't think it was as bad. Now it diffently works if I use it when feeling nausous.

I found acupuncture, plus a tailored herbal remedy from a homeopath best for me, and when I couldn't see my acupuncturist I wore seabands (the acupuncture would help for a couple of days and I saw him weekly for a while).

I found eating water crackers as soon as I got up and having a light plain breakfast within 30 mins of getting up helped with throwing up and nausea. By light and plain - piece of dry toast and a piece of plain fruit like an apple or banana - just so my stomach had something in it and I didn't bring up bile because my tummy was gurgling etc!
Didn't try anything because it didn't work first time round.

Yeah that would be great freckle, I'll pm you.
Have been trying the snacking on plain foods and it does help to a degree but only for a few mins. Tried the ginger beer as well but that doesn't seem to be doing much this time around (much sicker this time than with my boys). I'm worried about losing weight cos I was already underweight when I got pregnant.

I'll see if I can book in with an acupuncturist, do they all do morning sickness/pregnancy stuff or do you need to see one that specialises?

First time round I lost over 12 kg by the 11 week mark so know how you feel because I'm normally borderline the right weight for my height!

I remembered last night that I preferred Weleda Nuasyn this time round. I could really only find it at my local heatlh shop though some chemists may have it.

M it didn't work for me, I was gutted. I have a delightful ginger syrup here if you want it too. I think I might have thrown the morningmed out in disgust.

   That would be great Kel.
Freckle is kindly sending me the morning med, DH is going to health 2000 to hopefully buy me some nausyn and some seabands and I'm booked in for acupuncture on Tuesday. If I do everything something surely has to work!

...and if it doesn't work now, it definitely gets better once baby is out!! (....I speak from experience...MS for the whole time, none of the above worked for me, although I kept wearing seabands for the whole time, just in case!!)
 But GOOD LUCK!!

I loved the preggie pops this time.
That spray did nothing for me, plus the taste was yuck.

Morningmed is sitting on my desk here at work staring at me ... it's like it's laughing at me. The stuff didn't do anything for me and it's 11% alcohol - not that I was too worried.
I had hypermesis and was prescribed zofran. Side effects were hardwork but I didn't throw up and felt slightly normal.

Horrible time .... I feel for you.

 Good luck. xxx
