   Does anyone do these in Auckland?? 
 I am in Avondale and have decided that i want to do something, i currently do kickboxing and tae kwon do but plan on giving those up soon :)
 
 Anyway, can anyone recommend a class to me.

   I did Yoga with Petra: 817 8079
 She runs a class in Titirangi and Henderson.
 I also did her massage class with DH, both were fantastic! 
 She also does yoga post baby    |

   Not sure if they are in Auckland but I did mine through contours. It was never advertised on their website etc though, I only knew about it cos I use to be a member with them.

   if any of you guys have les mills classes run at any of the gyms i suggest going to body balance. my gym runs the LM classes and i went to balance for the first time 2day. comines yoga, tai chi etc.. awesome stretching and chills you out heaps

   I can recommend Suzi Carson's pregnancy yoga in Ponsonby.  She also does mum and bubs yoga, which is great.

   Looked at the Contours website today, they have a special Active Mums to Be class advertised.  But there are no Contours gyms in Dunedin!      Anyone know of any other pregnancy classes in Dunedin??

 I am with you on that one whitewave-  I have been looking and looking.  NOTHING!!!  I only moved to Dunedin 6 months ago- and am appauled by the lack of info, groups, support here.  Its not a hick town- its a city!!  aargh  so frustrating!
 Anyone want to start one up?? Dunedin must have huge demand I reakon.
 Im tempted to start up a coffe group, just to meet people. So isolated.

   i did my normal aquarobics all thru my last pregnancy... was doing it before i got pregnant tho.  and i just knew if something didnt feel right to not do that exercise or just modify it for me...
