I am the Treasurer at Playcentre and we currently use a very well developed and sophisitcated Excel spreadsheet system but it can be time consuming and does have limitations. So I am researching accounting software that we can use.
Does anyone know of any software that would work well for a Playcentre? Or know a shop I could go to in AKL where I can talk to someone about the various options?

Depends on what you need it to do. Ie do you need to do invoicing? MYOB might be a good one to look at, simple to use anyway.

Have a look at the online system called Xero. We use it for our business and it's awesome! You can sign up for a free trial and have a play around with it too before commiting to it.

Someone else mentioned Xero to me as well. Will definately look into it
AandCsmum I also wondered about MYOB but my Dad only has the debtors side so that is all I am familiar with. I need to be able to invoice for fees and provide a receipt for other money received but I don't want to have to create invoices for everything, just fees.

Does anyone know of a shop I can go to to look at all the different software or am I just going to have to research it all myself?

I investigated Xero for my company, it couldn't quite do everything we needed but for a basic package I thought it was great.

Hi Linzy, I used to work for MYOB. It definitely does everything you will need! You don't have to invoice everything if you don't want to because it has a Spend and Receive money function. Xero is really good as well.

Xero is great! Shop around, if you can find an accounting firm that is registered with xero, you can get the monthly fees for a lot cheaper. Perhaps talk to the firm that does your audit? The fees that the firm can pass on to the client depend on how many clients they have signed up with xero. You can get the monthly fees at about half the price Be aware with software packages that you install, as you can get stung quite heavily with upgrade fees etc.

The practice of reengineering which implies a sharp improvement in key performance indicators of an enterprise due to a radical renewal of business processes is losing its relevance in modern business conditions. Reengineering was replaced by optimization of the company's business processes. The continuous practice of process optimization covers a rather narrow area at the level of organizational functions. The success of this practice directly depends on the ability of the company. If necessary, you can order such services here on HyperC . Every business must have a properly organized system.

Recently I opened a campaign for the development of it projects, for this, before that I was looking for it workers for a long time. I found them thanks to salesforce sales cloud implementation . They have a lot of good specialists in the database and even low prices, so they helped me a lot. To everyone who wants to find IT workers without problems, I recommend this company
