   Personally I wouldn't go for it. It would involve a lot of hand squeezing and your hands may be very sore very quick.

   That looks like it would be hard work!  I have the Avent manual pump and it is fantastic.   I would recommend it as a brand.

   I loved my Avent ISIS it was a hand pump and it was great.
I wouldnt buy one though till after baby cause you never know your circumstances.

   I highly recommend Avent ones too.  I just had one of the hand ones (ISIS I think) and it was really good.
