   Hi ladies
Just felt I needed to get this off my chest, I'm feeling a bit down in the dumps.
I think I'm just kinda overwhelmed with everything, TTC and stress at work (I think I have too high expectations of myself) and money stuff and keeping our household going.
Just a bit of a bla day really.
But hey, onwards and upwards from here! |

Cheer up Arohanui, two more work days till the weekend. Yes I agree treat yourself, a long relaxing bath always does the trick for me.

Sorry you aren't feeling the best Arohanui You should give yourself a treat today then ... take a long bath, go out for dinner, something just a little special.
I hope you start feeling a little better soon. |

   Hi arohanui,
I feel the same as you today... Boring old housework, waiting for time to fly by so I know if I am pg this month....

 Same old, same old....

Treat yourself! Or look online for some newborn clothes that you can put away for later. Investigate nappy options... see what cot you would love to buy, or just get out of the house. Go to the beach, movies, just walk around the mall...

It is hard, we all know, but we are all here to help!

I second all of the above Arohanui. Like I said in another post, feeling the way you do is quite normal. It's hard to keep "up" all the time when you're so focussed, especially when you have high expectations on yourself. You sound quite like me...
So if you ARE anything like me, the treats system works really well. I have bought myself quite a bit of new stuff recently - stuff to play with (new phone) as well as stuff to pamper myself with. Doing so helps me feel better about myself and take my mind off things.

That said, you're always going to have days harder than others. Just got to focus on the positives and keep plodding. And hanging round here helps - though we're all obsessed, everyone is really supportive and it's nice to have that, especially if you're not telling many people about TTC or TTC problems.

 Chin up and keep smiling!

   Hey there Arohanui,
I'm rather new to this all and TTC and I absolutely know what you mean....as much as I try and get on with things I'm always on here reading, looking at sites and currently waiting for O. I'm not temping either so just going by numbers and tryin to get my head around the CM stages I swear I've never paid that much notice to that down there, anymore than you have to you know...
I'm on my third cycle TTC if you count the one after stopping the pill although some people suggested waiting for you body to adjust back so I could say cycle 2 then. I'm on school hols at the mo' and so should be planning but I'm on here...lol So many nice ladies on here all in the same boat drifting along Good Luck to everyone x

Thanks everyone... it just makes such a difference knowing that I'm not alone (as cheezy as that sounds!!!) We had a DVD and takeaway night tonight so that was fun, a bit of a treat. Thinking I'll go shopping for some new clothes this weekend...
LOL deestorm, I'm on school hols too and should also be planning.. I have spent so much time on here while procrastinating Anyway thanks for your support ladies and for all your ideas - you're all wonderful |
