i have just got home and have the worst pain on the right habd side of my belly i called the midwife and she said to call her back if its still there in half an hour but does anyone no what could do to ease the pain ?

sorry darl, not too sure, maybe just sit down/lay down, or maybe some panadol? just take it easy, hope it goes away...

ouch, i hope you feel better soon! i agree with mama wendz, take it really easy for a bit and definitely call your midwife back if it doesn't ease up soon..

Where exactly is the pain and what sort is it? Aching? Stabbing? Crampy? All of the above? I can only suggest panadol and maybe a wheat bag or hot water bottle in the meantime...
