A wonderful friend gave us nappes as a baby present, now I've opened them and I've found some nappies with the grip tags open and stuck to the inside of the nappy, I never use treasures so I have no idea, is this how the packets normally are?

i have had HEAPS of bad experiences with them. several packs of nappies we have purchased by that brand have come without the tabs! argh! frustrating. one pack at least half were unusable. but in saying that i dont think its too common, maybe im just unlucky.

that's fine, just give them a call and they'll probably give you address where you can send a sample.

On the side of the packet is the freepost address to send them too. You just have to write down whats wrong - even thou they can see and where they came from - you'll have to ask your friend that. They usually send you a letter thanking you for bring it to their attention and then courier relacement bags to you in the next 5 working days.

I've had a couple of bad packets of Treasures, however overall they seem to stop nappy rash more than the other brands. I've always phoned the 0800 number on the side of the pack to complain when something is wrong, and even if you have used half a pack, they'll courier out a new pack once you have sent the faulty ones back (freepost).

Yep, I complained too and got freebies. Treasures made me send in two nappies from the pack, but when I had a bad run with the grip tabs coming off Huggies they didn't even ask me to send a sample, just sent some replacements.

Hi there girls, thanks for your words of wisdom, I rang them up and told the lady about the nappies, she was quite skeptical! "Well it shouldn't be a problem unless it effects the performance of the nappy". No worries though, I'm going to send a couple in with the packaging and hopefully get a replacement.

Okay Treasures must be having a really bad run at the moment, because I sent some back last week, that didn't have any elastic in the sides. I wondered why Xanda kept wetting his pants, then had a closer look at the nappies, and they had no elastic down one side. Got a letter from Treasures yesterday apologising, and they said replacement nappies will be in post within next 5 working days.

I sent a nappy back because i found a wood chip in one they were really good and sent me a replacement bag with a letter explaining how the wood chip got there and how sorry they were. I found them really good to deal with, but i didn't ring i just sent it into them.
