She's been sneezing and coughing since Tuesday night with no sign of it letting up . We went to the GPs on Thursday just to make sure it wasn't anything to be worried about (after our trip to Starship last week after her jabs). All is ok and the mucus hasn't gone to her chest and she mostly seems fine in herself - well, except for today ()Grumpy Bubba!
I've been rubbing Vicks on her top sheet and on her t-shirt under her clothes but it doesn't seem to be clearing up the snot! We also tried the nasal aspirator which got some of it out of her nose, but not much.
Also, I don't know what to do about her coughing as it wakes her up from he naps (but not her nightime sleeps).
We've been giving her 1ml of Pamol twice a day (don't like to dose her up with that stuff too much) but again - she's not getting any better Any advice would be REALLY appreciated

that's true, there really isn't much you can do. when mikey has a col i put some thick books under the legs at the top end of his cot to raise his head a bit.(but don't use a pillow!! that could suffocate a wee baby)
hang in there, i know it's no fun but it'll get better.

My mum always used to sit me in the bathroom, with the shower on full. It acts like a sauna which loosens mucus. Possibly.
