Hi everyone, I hope it is OK if I join you.
I started my buserlin injections today as part of a microdose flare cycle. I was surprised at how easy it was to inject myself and that it was no more painful than an acupuncture needle. I know how you are feeling tischler, but I feel so much better now that I have got the first day over and done with.

Bert, I think your attitude is amazing. All the best for your upcoming operation.

Suzbub, I hope you don't have to wait too long on the public list. We are paying for this cycle, but are also on the list (but in Auckland) and I have just received a letter to say our egg collection is next september (we have been on it since July this year), so it will be about 14 months. But hopefully we won't need it because this cycle will work (please please please please please).

You've had to make a really big decision but you know that you've tried your hardest to have your own family. I hope the operation goes well and I bet you won't know yourself. It will be wonderful to end the bleeding and pain. Take care.

OH I totally missed this, I am so sorry to hear it.
I have tried to read through all the posts, but maybe I missed something. The choice for surgery was it because you have used up your public funding for treatment?? or was it because your body just isn't playing nice?

   Hi ladies,
 Hope you are all well.

Just thought I would post a quick update. I haven't been around much as work has been pretty frantic, which has been good for me.

I had my blood test and scan on Wednesday and all went well. My follicles are doing their thing and I have to go for another blood test and scan tomorrow.

They said EC could be Wednesday but possibly Monday!! Can't believe I am finally at this stage. Scares me so much!! Anyway I'm staying positive and DH has been fab. He has been doing my injections for me and every night has just made me laugh :-)

I'm feeling very well though. I don't know why but I thought I would have been feeling unwell on the drugs. I have had the odd headache and my tummy feels quite bloated, but other than that I'm feeling very healthy. That could be down to not having a drink for four weeks though :-)

Anyway hope you are all well.

 Take care Bert.

Hope things are okay with you Tanners and Tulips.

   Hi Tischler
Thanks for your message. I haven't been posting much lately.

Hope you are feeling well. You must have had the transfer by now? How did it go? How are you feeling?

Well I had my BT last Thursday and it was positive :-) I'm very pleased, but also trying not to get too excited yet as I know so many things can go wrong. I'm having another BT on Thursday and then they will tell me the next step.

 Will keep you posted.

Look forward to hearing how you are getting on :-)

 Congratulations on the BFP!
Hopefully the BT on Thurs just confirms that.
