Since having Caden I seem to REALLY feel when Im ovulating. I get period like cramps and lower back ache, and heaps of creamy discharge, its gross.
I get this for 2 or 3 days.

I have had 3 periods since having Caden.

Did anyone notice a change in their periods and stuff after having a baby?

Yip unfortunately mine is still like that, nearly 2.5 years down the track!! I have to take Nurofen during ov time so ease it a bit. At least it will come in handy when we are TTC as I will know exactly when it is happening lol!

I'd never felt myself ovulate before until after I had Michaela then when my cycles returned about 7 months after having her I could tell you which side the egg came from any given month.  It wasn't hugely painful like some of you have described tho and it's slowly got better - I didn't even feel anything at all this month (hope that doesn't mean I didn't ovulate). |

It does totaaly suck Sheena and even 4 years on (and another child later) I still get them. I can tell you when the egg leaves the ovary and travels down the tube and know that I will get AF about 10 days after I first feel it. Keep an eye on it as well as while some pain is normal not all is. |

No bub here but i get pain too. However i found that when i was doingyoga this either went away completely or the pain was lessened alot. I haven't done yoga for years and have the pain back for awhile now back to level beforehand. Does anyone find it hurts more when you pee? (sorry if TMI)

Yep I got this, first was 2 weeks before I got af back for the first time and I thought it was c/s related. Mine got more and more painful with each cycle so much so that I ended up seeing the doc and having tests done and also a scan to look for a cyst (mine was only ever on the right handside). Was going to get sent to a gyn but because we were trying for another baby we held off. Strangely enough I got pg from an egg from the right ovary and have had the same pain all pregnancy. It was originally blamed on a pregnancy cyst (totally normal to have) but that should have gone by now. If I have a repeat c/s I'm gonna ask them to have a look whilst their in there.
I had no ov pain at all before having a baby, but have read that it is common to get it after having a baby....another thing no one tells you about....lol

Its not overly painful, its just annoying and feels like mild AF cramps. I dont need to take panadol, but I will just cos its annoying me.
It is actually more painful on one side so I guess thats the side Im ovulating on!

Wow being a girl sucks sometimes!! lol

Edited to change overy to overly lol

Yup. My ov pain is worse than period pain!
Mind you... before I got my period back after having Han (about 13 mos after her birth) I thought I was having ov pain and it turned out to be implantation. |
