I get bored with watching it, altho I do enjoy the swimming (I used to swim competitively, but I wasn't that great!) and the gymnastics.
Dad watches it 24 hours a day pretty much, Mum reckons he'd watch flies crawling up the wall if they called it sport...

i get bored if i watch it for too long also emma......i love the gymnastics though, can watch that for hours. the syc swimming and diving is good too
i saw the news clip for that weight lifter tonight!   DH came to see what i was fussing about and i just couldn't bring myself to watch it again.........my god the pain!!!

That weightlifter was we saw it at work when it actually happened and they replayed it in slow motion....man did my stomach turn!!!

yeah i got the pleasure of seeing the poor weight lifter too (gee ,i wonder what the new fave youtube video will be )
How old ARE the girls that do gymnastics, cos as Annie said , they look like they are 10

There was an article saying that the chinese have faked the girls ages and that they are really young not the age they say they are.

Wouldn't surprise me, they've been a bit deceptive about the opening ceremony so why not their athletes as well...
