 And I think the guidelines for feta are it's ok as long as it's a freshly opened packet.

 Soft cheeses such as brie and camembert are best avoided, unless hot/cooked and eaten straight away, so on top of pizza is fine.
I love feta and was really missing eating that, but I found a pasturised one at Farro's, so I ate it on salad cold the first day of it being open, and since then have been eating it hot over veges....yummy!
