So how far along do you think it's best to be before doing a preggie photo shoot? With my son I was 35 weeks, this time round I want to do photos too. I'm 30 weeks now & a friend offered to do them today, but I think it may be too soon.
When did you have yours done?

Depends on your bump, if you have a nice decent bump now theres no reason you couldn't do it now. I did some photos at 20, 30 and 35w. They are all good.

We did ours at 37 weeks, my bump was fairly small so for us it was best to wait until then.

My hubby took some at 32 weeks, which are great, but a lot of people commented on the size of my bump, so I think we'll do some for at about 36 weeks.
BTW I think my bump is HUGE, so goodness knows what I'll be like at 36 weeks Milliemoo
p.s I bet everyone thinks their bump is huge LOL

LOL I didnt, I was miffed at how not big it was...
Agree with everyone else... bump dependant... if its a decent size now then you could do them now but I would wait a few more weeks personally...35 weeks plus |

I had mine done at 36 weeks. The photographer said thats when most mothers lok about as pregnant as can be without looking huge, uncomfortable and tired.

Thanks for the replies. I think I'll wait another few weeks then. As long as it's before about 35 weeks so I'm not too puffy LOL

We did our own at 37 weeks. But as others have said it depends on your bump. I reckon 35+ is ok assuming you dont go early |

I had some taken at 38 weeks which I'm really happy with however I've been told my bump is quite compact. 36 weeks was the recommendation.
