Hey ladies. This is waaaayyy too much information but I don't wanna run off to my midwife in a panic if this is normal.
Today after going for a pee when I wiped I noticed a yellow snot-looking mucus (like jelly not discharge) which was about an inch in size.

I didn't see any blood or traces of blood, and haven't had any cramping of sorts.

I did a google on this and it seems quite common, but no one really has an answer for me.

I am more interested in finding an answer rather than being concerned.

 Sorry again for the TMI!

Could be a UTI, so it is worth a mention so it can be treated if need be. it is the yellowy colour that would be most concerning - but UTI's are apaprently pretty common in pregnancy.

I think it's pretty normal. I had a bit of that in the first trimester too. It went away though.

   Yup it's normal!
You can expect your discharge to increase and change in colour and texture all throughout your pregnancy.
Unless it is accompanied by a strong smell, or any of the other warning signs (blood, cramping, high temp) I wouldn't worry too much.

Eww sorry TMI but I had the grossest mucousy discharge throughout my pregnancy, sometimes it was HEAPS and I thought it was a show towards the end there but it was just discharge. As the other ladies have said as long as it's not smelly or bloody then you're all good!
 The joys of pregnancy eh?!

I didn't get any heightened discharge until my final trimester, even though it sounds pretty normal I'd still mention it to the mw just so she knows.
