Can someone please tell me what some good protein boosts are for early pregnancy, but they'll need to be gluten (wheat, rye, barley, oats)-free ideas please!
 So far I know
 cheese
 chicken
 peanuts and almonds?
ETA Just found this link with serving sizes listed, but feel free to add anything if you want! No wonder I'm craving protein though, I don't have nearly as much as that

Milk, eggs, beans and legumes, meat, cheese, fish, chicken, soy products (some are gluten free), nuts and seeds, best to avoid peanuts if there is a chance of developing allergies.
Milk is one of the most complete foods you can have, full of protein and loads of other vitamins and minerals.

Also fish like salmon and tuna including the bones.
