Can we take them whilst pregnant? theres nothing on the bottle to say I can't but thought I would check here

ETA: My boys have had the flu and I so don't want to get it and already feeling a cough coming on - not fun so thinking of ways I can keep it away.

Not sure about the Echinacea but the Vit C is ok - I actually just went out and bought some Clinicians PregaVit tablets to help combat these flu/colds I am getting 24/7. Only $44.50 for 150 tabs as opposed to Elevit which was $79.95 for 100! Might be worth a try to ward off your cold?

i am taking elevit but do you think thats enough? just the echinacea has been good for me in the past - non pregnant
