   Gosh, definitely insist on the RAST!! Have you tried rubbing a little of any suspicious food in his elbow creases? That can also help with indications of whether food might be ok to try.
Hope he's ok now!

   OMG Steph, that is awful!  I hope you are ok.
 i had an allergy to new season tomatoes when I was younger, which I outgrew, which is why I won't give Lily any till she is over a year in the hope we can avoid it.
 
 But wow, that would have been so scarey :(

   wow scary stuff:( gosh its amazing he hasnt had a reaction before..I'm allergic to tomatoes(well intolerant really) and soy and pine nuts and peas of all things..and tomato sauce used to be my favourite..sigh..its got such a high concentrate of tomatoes in it..though i could have it when i was preg..i couldnt stomach milk though and i have a baby with a dairy allergy.hmmm! anyway glad you are doing better now..

   OMG Steph, you poor things. my friend is allergic to egg and tomatoes and when her son was bout 8mth i think it was she gaev him some tomato and he broke out in a rash too. Altho i think he can have the sauce. Hopefully dr agrees and gives you the test. Espesh with such a large family history! Thoughts with you chicky...

   Woah, scary stuff! What did you do? I'm sure the doc will do the tests as thats pretty conclusive that there are issues.
 Hannah gets a bit hivey from bought tomato sauces etc, but not to fresh tomato sauce that I make so might not actually be the tomato.
