Well, after trying to keep my PND to myself because I was worried about negative responses from family/friends, I've decided to tell my story on Ellie's blog.
Here's thelink for anyone that wants to read my 'confession' lol. I'd say that there'd be a lot of people here that can relate well to it

Good on you, I think that is one of the hardest parts about PND. Although I have to admit that telling my parents was great as I felt they understood why I had been a nueortic cow for most of the last 2.5yrs! Telling some of my friends was actually quite easy and cleansing. Congrats though for "coming clean", I hope it helps

I hope that it helps, Brenna, and you start getting more support and understanding! And I hope you can cut yourself some slack now that you have admitted what's going on.
     Can definitely relate!

the hardest thing to do is to admit and as you said you didn't chose this and you can't snap out of it.
why do so many people think woman with PND can?
good on you so many woman have yet to admit to themselves, that's the hardest.
 thanks for sharing |
