So my D&C was 2 days ago. I have next to no pain, just a slight discomfort in my abdo. I have no bleeding at all but as of yesterday I have bloated like a whale. I lierally could not fit any of my trousers this morning and had to dig out the ones I wore before I had Elle (I was slightly bigger then). My entire body is sore to the touch thanks to the bloating.
I hope these hormones settle soon! Did anyone else experience this?

I don't remember too much pain or bloating, but mine was an incomplete m/c rather than a missed one so I had already had a few days of cramping and heavy bleeding beforehand which probably makes things a bit different.
 I hope you are resting!

Ok so I think a big part of the bloat is gas but why is it stuck and why does it hurt soooooooo much when a little comes out??? I called the nurses hours ago but no one has called back.

I was just about to ask if you'd spoken to anyone. That sucks that they haven't called you back!

Yeah. I wondered if it is IBS from the stress / drugs / poor diet etc but that doesn't explain why it hurts. It is probably nothing, I'm not unwell as such.

Been there done that. I'm not constipated, it's just the gas is stuck and hurting like crazy. I'm so bloated DH says I now look 6mths pregnant. Also have fluid retention.. My belly is huge, hard and sore. No luck getting the nurses still.

Hmm Fiona, I am experiencing this.
Did you get any answers from the nurses?? I am also finding that I can only eat toddler size portions of food and since D&C on Monday have only had 2 bowel movements, but dont feel constipated as such.

Getting tummy aches (right up in my stomache) after meals and a glass of water fills me up completely.

I came home from hospital weighing 2kg more than I did when I went in and it hasnt budged....

 Very strange.
