I've used them with both my girls, and yes, I feel they have made a difference.
There is not a lot of 'advice' to give though, you either get one and put it on your baby or not.
You can get them reasonably cheap on TradeMe but I bought mine from Aquabub so I could be assured it is genuinge baltic amber.

Brooke has one on.  People keep asking me about it, and if it makes a difference.  Thing is I've never taken it off her, so I don't know what she'd be like without it.  She has teethed 8-10 teeth so far without too much fuss, so very happy about that, and not willing to take the necklace off. We got ours from a reputable trader on TradeMe. |

I'm like Sarah, not sure if they work or not but we've got 4 teeth so far with minimum fuss. I'm not going to take it off to find out Stefi or Steffi off Trademe sells genuine ones. Andie on here did a test on the one she got. I can see imperfections in the beads on the one I got off Stefi so I'd say it's real.

Daniel has one. Stays on Daniel 24/7, I guess its what you feel comfy with, we have no problem with it constantly on but some might think its a hazard

Lil miss wears hers 24-7 too, in fact the only time it's been off her since we first put it on her at 4 mths was when she went into surgery to get her grommets done.
Does it work? No idea, but it looks cute |

DD has one, it does make a difference, we lent it to a friend for a week and she dribbled more has worse nappy rash and was WAY more grumpy. Up until then we weren't sure it did anything
We got ours off trade me and she has been wearing it 24/7 ever since

Tessa has hers on 24/7 and i feel it helps tho she is yet to get teeth. Has helped with her dribble rash and has been more settled with it on. I got mine from Steffi on TM.

I used to wrap it around his ankle, now I leave it on his neck.
