Well i'm still going to bath Josh every night its his routine and I ain't going to stop that. In saying thou he is only washed 2-3 a week and the other times its just his face and bum that get cleaned, and we don't add stuff to his bath its just water.

I have been bathing Sam every second day, using Johnsons Bedtime Bath. Sometimes it's every day, and it's not always at the same time. I should really get into a routine with it, but sometimes I like to bath him during the afternoon and DP likes to get home and bath him late in the evening.

We actually bath twice a week. As a kid we were bathed once a week (until puberty that is), it seemed nearly everyone was back then. I actually don't want to get into an everyday bathing routine, too many things can go out of routine when you have 3 preschoolers!
Me and my kids are susceptible to excema. Briona's is the worst and Hannah's has cleared now that she's older, but Kryssi is also prone to dry skin. So I don't always wash them with soap either. That was the advice given me when they were babies (because of the excema).

I only bath Noah twice to three times a week as he is VERY prone to getting dry skin. He is only washed in water as when we have used any kind of product he has been dry all over his body.

when the boys were babies they got bathed irregularly, once or twice a week...oh and i never put anything in their water either as believe that their natural oils will take care of their skin.
but now they are toddlers and preschoolers it is nearly every day cause they can get quite dirty playing... i imagine if i bathed them once or twice a week then the bath water would be black and yuck...

I beleive that! When I was bubs the 'fashion' was to bath twice a day (that's right - twice!) and I have always had very very dry skin that's very rash prone! I don't personally think babies get very dirty - we clean her bottom at each change but only bath her twice a week.
Of course, that will change once she starts crawling - I think daily will be in order then.

I only bath Char 2 or 3 times a week (usually only 2 tho) mainly cos she HATES the bath, although the last 2 she hasn't screamed or cried, so YAY char! she even laughed at Jake helping Last time.
I remember we had a sunday bath only till I was about 8 or so?? but mum says you bathed babies at least once daily when we were bubs back in the day.. she thingks its weird I only bath Char a couple of times. Now Jake is once a day cos he's filthy!!! Him and Joey like to tip dirt all over each other!! and last week he had 2 morning baths as well... overflowing nappy...

My mum can't understand why I have always bathed Tyrell daily. We were lucky if it was more than twice a week when we were little.   |

we do every second night, or miss a night if it is cold or she is unsettled, and wash her hair every second time. We use J and J bedtime bath, and have since birth. Then we massage her, again did since birth.
She loves her baths...loves to splash around and loves to go on her tummy in the bath too.

We are just lucky she has no skin problems (yet?)
