All day Ive had a horrible stitch pain on and off in my right side sort of above my hip. It feels like stitch you get after a run kind of thing. Ive put heat on it and taken pamol, so Ill see if that works but its so horrible.
Has anyone else had this and should I be worried? Ive heard of round ligament pain, is this what Im getting? It eefin hurts

It sounds like ligament pain to me, although if it carries on for more than another day I'd get it checked out, more for your sake than bubs though. The best things for it are what you're already doing - rest, panadol as needed and I found that a little bit of physio / massage helped too.

Its finally gone away, but man it was nasty! I used the heat pack and took pamol and just stayed still and it eased up.
Any the funny thing is now, I am feeling the baby up very high, he is kicking me under the ribs and it feels so weird lol, Ive never felt him this high before.

Yeah its always on my right side. It took a good half an hour to go away totally, and even then I would get the odd twinge where it would hurt like hell for a few seconds and then go away.
So painful!

Hehe yeah its getting hard for me to bend down and do up my shoes now! But yesterday I couldnt even move without being in pain so I just sat on the couch with the heat pack on my side, and it eventually went away, gah Im not looking forward to when it happens again |
