I have the windsor pilates DVD and really love them. There are a couple of work outs to choose from..easy and hard (20min and 60min). I really enjoy the workouts and felt really great afterwards, mainly just longer and taller as they are really good stretching exercises. I do however get bored with doing the same vid over and over and hence lose interest.

I loved them pre-CS and used the Windsor Pilates to tone up before my wedding.
I tried them post-CS and thought I was going to rip in two! So sold them to Paws |

I love pilates! It is such an effective workout and once I got the hang of it, not so sore!
