Some others:

A = Aspirator
E = Exersaucer (hopefully they don't have to fit in a bag )
N = Night Light

E - egg.....literally a raw cracked egg
A - apple - bowl of stewed apple
N - nipple - go to a sex shop and get a novelty nipple boob thingy
D - daiper, dummy, doll, digital thermometer, ducky (yellow rubber variety),
U - umbilical cord, ultrasound (so a picture to really confuse them), underwear, umbrella stroller (or a little parasel umbrella you get with coctails)
