   2.5 packets of oreos
1 block of philadelphia cream cheese (or other, but make sure it is the firmest possible)
2 big bars white chocolate (NOT white melts - trust me on this!)

Put the oreos in a food processor and blend until crumbs. Add the cream cheese, and whizz until combined.

Refrigerate for an hour or more (it's a VERY soft mixture so quite messy to roll and refrigerating helps).

Melt white chocolate (I used whittakers) over a pan of simmering water. Allow to cool slightly. I take half the mixture out and leave the other half over the water, so once I've dipped half the mixture, I have fresh, CLEAN white choc to use for the rest.

Roll the oreo mixture into balls, and using a dipping spoon, dip into the chocolate. Place on baking paper.

Also great if you use timtams, mint slice or toffee pops I use one packet biscuits to 100g cream cheese and use the melts..... may have to try the whittikars though.....
