well we have made the decision for me to take the next two weeks off as unpaid leave, and then start my maternity leave, my boss is in full agreement and just wants me to look after myself and baby.

so as of now i am a lady of leisure, but in saying that i think i have started nesting as all of a sudden i am thinking about things that need to be done, like all the net curtains need to be washed, the walls in the bathroom need to be mopped down, the kitchen cupboard doors need to be cleaned...etc etc. lol
so i think i will make a list and do one thing a day, and do some study and visit friends.... or if the urge arises, just stay in bed all day

bloodpressure seems to be coming down, its pretty hard to tell without having it checked all the time, i find that if i just put my feet up for 20mins when i start to feel tired then i am good.

everything else is going okay (fingers crossed no more gallstone attacks) am enjoying pregnancy for the most part but i have to admit some days i wish i wasnt pregnant then of course i feel guilty for thinking that...lol the cycle has started

for me, just having a decisino made, cause myblood pressure to go down and I bet yours is the same. it will go down , just because you don't have to worry about work and stuff. With your diet though, you may want to cut down things high in salt...soup has a HUGE amount of salt - one cup is about 60% of your daily requirements.

wow, didn't realise soup had that much salt, thats shocking, thankfully i dont eat much soup. im not a big salt eater, but i have to admit i dont check packaging.

mind you i seem to have lost all interest in sweet food and ice cream and i seem to be happy to have cheese and crackers, with tomatoe, salads and vegs. baby must be definitely getting ready to arrive in the next 7 wks

my dad had a cardiac arrest almost seven years ago (he celebrates his "death day". tells people he "died, but feeling much better now"), so we got a list of "forbidden food". You'll also be shocked to hear that some crackers have more fat in them than Tim-Tams!!! (lots are fine though too). I now check the packaging.
