Or these people would shut their fireworks up! Its taken me 3 hours to get my screaming child to sleep. Shes sick and has hayfever and shes been so upset!

If they wake her up i swear to god im going to shove that firework.....

 Ok calm down.

Im all for banning the public sale of fireworks!

It was raining so much here and now its gone, just in time for darkness and these people to come out and play!! Typical!

Why havent they been banned yet?

I'd like rain too...but not because of the fireworks (would you believe I havent heard/seen any yet) but because of the frost risk.  DH has gone to bed already as he expects to be up at about 1am to fight frost....poor bugger.

Yes I was also hoping that the rain would stop people. I'm all for banning them as well, i think that there should just be commercial displays and that be it.

Thankfully so far Spencer has not woken but I do have one of my dogs under the computer desk and a cat sitting on my lap meowing at me like I can control them some how.

Hope Kylah stays asleep now, I take it the puffiness was the hayfever?

We went to the doctor, she said she thinks it hayfever and gave us some stuff for it, but it hasnt done anything. Shes still all puffy.
But she checked her ears and everything. Nothing.
But she did get weighed for the first time in ages.. 8kg

Grrrrr Im with you Kandice, the fireworks are diabolical here infact it sounds like I am in the middle of Iraq, they are sooo loud, doesnt help I live across the road from a school and half the neighbourhood is there letting them off.
Alize is asleep but it is Mercedes that I am having trouble with, she is beside herself.

Hopefully the meds kick in soon for her, and the fireworks don't wake her up.
We are the same and have about 3 diff houses around us letting them off
