Following on from mum2Lucas thread...

Brenna is using this seat in MIL's car and this week they are taking her over to the Mount for a few days and will probably fall asleep in the car.

This seat is quite upright and if she does fall asleep I can't imagine it would be very comfy for her head/neck.

Is there any kind of insert you can buy that helps to supports the head/neck for if they nod off?

i'm not sure how old brenna is, but there are those neck pillow things but it might annoy her.

as an aside too i think its weird to have a seat for 11 mth olds that is forward facing when it is supposed to be safer to be rear facing till at least 12 mths old.

We had that prob with Maya in her convertble booster when she'd fall asleep in it coz it doesn't have the same side wings to support their heads. Luckily she didn't sleep in it often.

Would it not be easier just to switch her normal seat from your car to theirs just for the trip?

She's 19 months and yeah, I'd say she'd think the pillow would be for playing with rather than sleeping on

You mean sleeping with their chins on their chests is not comfe

Maybe popping yours in their car is a good idea.
