Topic: Just popped in to say hi... Posted: 01 April 2008 at 11:26pm |
Hi all, I can't remember the last time I was here. sooo many new people but nice to see lots of names I recognise.
congrats to all the new babies and babies to be
Life has been far too busy, which is why I havn't been on here. Sophie starts school in June - which makes it almost 5 years since I joined Ohbaby! I can remember when there were only a handful of people and I could keep up with all the posts in minutes each day. Ephraim is growing up fast too.
Anyway - I just felt like saying hi.

Hello, we never met/spoke to each other before but nice to see that you are back on OhBaby. Everyone is so lovely here.
Also great to hear life is treating you well, and good luck with Sophie starting school in June!

YAYAYAY!!!!!! Lou, we missed you. Are ya back for good or just popping in on a visit?
How fast has time gone, Paris starts school also, in August, not too far behind Sophie. They've grown so quickly. How's everything going with your business and the book etc?

OMG Lou, that is SO scary! I was thinking about you this morning and wondering how you were doing!
Miss Maya is at big school now and loving it, she was sooo ready, I'm sure Sophie will take to it like a duck to water too. I was an absolute mess tho, my baby is all grown up! Gremlins are terrorists and baby #4 is making my life a misery already, but other than that all good!
Good to hear from you!

wow thanks guys - I feel like I've just had a big hug from an old friend
Just popping in sorry. As much as l'd like to spend more time on here, I just don't have the time. And with so much happening on here it can get a bit overwelming.
Book is doing ok I think. Finally decieded on a distributor so the book is now hitting the main book stores. The business is just ticking along - too busy with other stuff.
The other stuff I'm busy with.... Last year I started a support group here in chch for mum's with PND (and related conditions) and a long with that I have an online forum. I am also working on starting a trust called Finding Hope which the purpose of it will be to help mums with PND. I have my trustees now and we are working on the purpose at the moment to make sure it focuses on what mums need most.
So between that, kids, husband, a list of things I want to make/do that get longer every week instead for shorter, oh and sleep, I don't have much time left.
So yah thats me, but I do miss you guys and think of you all each time I get an Oh Baby newsletter.
