Years ago I had some Bacon, Cheese and Spinach muffins from a bakery and they were lovely. I now have spinach galore in my garden and want to make some but can't find a recipe. Anyone have a recipe they can share??

I haven't got a tried & true recipe but I did a little search & found this recipe, looks very yummy!!

Not tooooo bad for the waist line either
