I finally got my breadmaker last week and we have made a couple of loaves but I'm not that happy with them - it was using breadmix and I would prefer to make from scratch. I have got one baking now that I made from a recipe off the net so will see how that goes.

So what recipe do you use? And do you have any special recipes, like with garlic etc added.

my breadmaker came with a recipe book. i use the most basic recipes off it tho. oh and one which uses peanut butter i used once... that was unusual, but not bad...

I'll hunt it out and post some for you.

Mine has a recipe for a garlic and herb bread. It is so yummy, do you want me to bring that over too??

I was a puree feeder, forward facing, cot sleeping, pram pushing kind of Mum... and my kids survived!

I use the basic loaf recipe from the book that came with the breadmaker. I find that they always rise more if I use the preset timer. usually if the loaf is for dinner I put it in the breadmaker in the morning
