Just wondering if anyone is experiencing this too

I get this nasty achey neck pain from sitting down for any period of time. It's really weird. Doesn't matter whether i'm at the computer, in a chair or on the couch, after a while the pain kicks in.
It goes away if I get up and walk around a bit.

Any ideas ladies? I don't have any other pains along with it

Often neck pain is referred from the back - probably it's to do with advanced pg and pressure on your back. I remember knackering my neck years ago and when I went to the osteo he barely touched it! He worked on my back for a few weeks and hey presto!

Agree with Ginger

Go see a good Osteopath - the pain could be coming from your back , neck, hips or just about anywhere due to the pregnancy impacting on all of your nerve endings, skeletal structure etc.

A good osteopath should look for the cause and not just treat the symptoms.
