Just made some of this.....drool!!!
5 T sugar
2 T golden syrup
1tspn baking soda
Melt sugar & GS together until boiling & boil for 4 mins stirring occasionally. Watch for burning.
Take off heat & add BS & stir really quickly until froths.
Pour into grease dish. wait til cool & break up & store in airtight container for special treats.
Contrary to popular myth that sugar makes kids hypo this won't, it will be other things your kids eat, so great for a treat & also great little experiment to do with them.
